* 2 shallots , chopped
* 2 Tbsp oyster sauce , found in Asian food suppliers
* 1 tsp ground black pepper
* for the salad:
* 6 radishes , sliced
* 1 bunch of coriander
* 1 Tbsp lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 8 ¾ oz shredded cabbage
* 1 Tbsp olive oil
* salt and pepper
* 1 cutting board
* 1 knife
* 1 small bowl
* 1 medium-sized bowl
* 1 spoon
* 1 blender
* 1 set of tongs
* 1 tray
* 1 barbecue, charcoal or gas
* 1 bottle of water to douse any flames
