* 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
* 2 Tbsp Cumin
* 2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
* 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
* 2 Tbsp White Sugar
* 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
* 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
* ¼ cups (1?8 pint) Paprika
* Some Yellow mustard
* Meat Smoker
